Refund Policy

At Quintessence of Healing, our goal is to provide high-quality healing services to our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy that is outlined below:

Refunds will only be provided if a request is made within 24 hours of the initial session.

 

If a client chooses to terminate services mid-session, no refund will be provided.

In the case of a package purchase, if the client has used more than one session, a prorated refund will be provided for the remaining unused sessions.

If a session needs to be rescheduled, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a loss of the session, and no refund will be provided.

Payment for services is required at the completion of each session. Failure to make payment may result in termination of future appointments until the balance is fulfilled.
